These Terms of Service govern your use of brevalonstudio.com and any design services provided by Brevalon Studio LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Studio", "we", "us").

Services

Brevalon Studio LLC provides visual design services exclusively, including:

Corporate and promotional website design
UX wireframing and prototyping
E-commerce interface design
Graphic content creation for the web

We deliver visual assets only — layouts, design systems, and static graphics. No development, coding, or technical implementation is included unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Project Engagement

All projects begin with a signed proposal or statement of work. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Timelines are estimates and may shift based on client feedback cycles.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of final deliverable files. Brevalon Studio LLC retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate briefs, brand assets, and timely feedback.
Ensure all supplied content (text, images, trademarks) is legally cleared for use.
Designate a single point of contact for approvals.

Limitation of Liability

Brevalon Studio LLC's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered assets.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

Refund Policy

Brevalon Studio LLC provides custom design services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows.

Deposits

All projects require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) to secure a place in our schedule and begin work. This deposit covers initial research, discovery, and concept development.

Mid-Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the following applies:

Before first concept delivery: deposit is retained; no further charges apply.
After first concept delivery: client is invoiced for work completed to date at our standard hourly rate, minus the deposit already paid.
After final delivery: no refunds are issued once final files have been delivered and accepted.

Revision Rounds

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed separately and are non-refundable once completed.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brevalonstudio.com. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.

Digital Products

Any downloadable templates, UI kits, or digital assets sold through our store are non-refundable once downloaded.
